And documentation, right?  I&#039;d say documentation coverage is as crucial as test coverage.  Without good documentation even a good security model can fail due to mistakes and misunderstandings during deployment and maintenance.

There is no reason to include something in OpenStack if users can&#039;t understand what it does, how to run it, how to tune it, and how to develop on it.</description>
